The Bespoke Process
Every premium RT suit undergoes a meticulous 6-step journey from raw fabric to individual masterpiece.
How We Build Your Suit
Our process preserves the heritage of traditional tailoring, combined with modern styling. Here is what to expect.
Consultation & Styling
Your journey begins with a 1-on-1 consultation with our styling expert. We discuss the purpose of the suit (wedding, corporate, daily wear), analyze your silhouette, and explore lapel styles, button alignments, pockets, and linings that suit your character.
Precise Measurements
Our master tailor takes over 30 precise physical measurements, documenting your shoulder slope, posture, chest drape, and arm rotations. This meticulous blueprint ensures that your custom garment moves naturally with your body.
Fabric Selection
Select from our extensive library of premium fabrics. We stock authentic Italian wool (Super 100s to 160s), luxury English cachemeres, breathable linens, and silk linings. Our staff guides you in choosing weights and patterns suitable for your target event.
Master Pattern Cutting
Using your measurement profile, our master cutter drafts a custom paper pattern from scratch. The chosen fabric is then laid out and chalk-marked by hand before being carefully hand-cut. We build structural canvas linings inside to ensure the jacket retains its drape over years.
Intermediate Fitting
About 7-10 days after cutting, you visit us for a basted fitting. The jacket is temporarily held together with white basting threads. This stage allows us to inspect the drape, shoulder alignment, and trousers length, making precise pins and adjustments before final stitching.
Final Inspection & Delivery
The suit is fully stitched, pressed, and finished with custom details (like hand-finished buttonholes and functional sleeve vents). You do a final fitting in our store, and once the fit is approved as absolutely perfect, your garment is packaged in a premium garment bag for pickup.
